We’ll explore your current state. From physical tension to emotional patterns, energy levels, and lifestyle. From there, we create a personalised treatment using acupressure, assisted stretching, and rhythmic compression along the body’s energy lines. Your session may also include gentle guidance on breath, movement, and daily practices to support ongoing balance.

We’ll check in on any shifts in your symptoms, energy, sleep, and overall wellbeing, refining your treatment as needed. The focus is on supporting your body’s ongoing balance through targeted acupuncture, with space for brief lifestyle or dietary guidance where helpful.

Cupping is a deeply therapeutic technique used to release tension, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural detoxification processes. Using gentle suction, cups are placed on the skin to lift the tissue, helping to relieve muscle tightness, stagnation, and discomfort. It’s especially beneficial for back, neck, and shoulder tension, as well as supporting recovery and overall flow in the body.

This 75-minute class combines yin yoga and yoga nidra for deep rest and reset.
We begin with slow, floor-based yin postures, held for longer periods to release tension, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system. The practice then moves into yoga nidra — a guided meditation designed to bring you into a deeply restorative state between wakefulness and sleep.
